About Pierce College TRIO Upward Bound Legacy Scholars Program

TRIO Upward Bound Legacy Scholars is a federally funded program designed to empower students at Clover Park High School with the knowledge and skills they need to graduate from high school and to prepare and enroll for college. Our TRIO Upward Bound Legacy Scholars participate in academic, cultural, and social activities that build the skills to motivate, and the self-confidence needed to be successful in high school and beyond. Our programming is all year-round, with students participating in activities after school, weekend retreats, college visits over school breaks, and our six-week Summer Academy located on Pierce College’s Fort Steilacoom campus.
