Faculty, staff and part-time student employees can contact the IT Help Desk at helpdesk@pierce.ctc.edu with service requests to be connected with a technician. Service requests include:

  • IT equipment requests
  • Software requests
  • Shared drive access requests
    • For Shared drive requests, please ensure that you provide the Network Location as well as if the end user needs read only access or read and write capability
  • Long distance code requests
  • Shared email group requests
    • For shared email group requests, please briefly describe the need for the account and list all members in need of access
  • Microsoft Teams group requests
    • For Teams group requests, please briefly describe the need for the group as well as list all members in need of access
