How can I watch the commencement ceremony online?
The 2026 Commencement Ceremony is available on YouTube.
Will my diploma be mailed, or do I pick it up?
Your diploma will be mailed to the address you have on file with Records and Registration. Please make sure your address is current. You can check your ctcLink account and can update your address at any time on ctcLink under the ‘Profile’ tab.
Are there any costs for receiving my diploma?
No. There is no fee.
How long will it take to receive my diploma?
Expect your diploma to arrive by mail in about 6–8 weeks after the ceremony.
When will I receive my graduation photos?
GradImages will contact you by email or mail about 2 to 4 weeks after the ceremony, using the information you included on your name card.
