Title IX Training Materials
Pierce College is committed to providing fair, impartial and trauma-informed responses to reports of sex-based harassment and discrimination.
In accordance with the 2020 Title IX regulations (34 C.F.R. § 106.45), the College publishes all training materials used to train Title IX Coordinators, investigators, decision-makers and any person who facilities an informal resolution process.
