  • Cedar River Clinics
    • Provides gender-Affirming hormones, surgery referrals, STI (sexually transmitted infection) testing, virtual birth control appointments, abortion access and more.
  • Community Health Care
    • Provides full range of medical services through their Gender-Affirming Care Program. Provides comprehensive care, including HIV and dental care.
  • Diversity Alliance of the South Sound
    • Offers 5-6 different support groups online each week, along with Discord channel for resources and support. Has a limited program that provides HRT supplies.

    • Seattle 2SLGBTQIA+ center that offers many resources ranging from support groups and clothing closets to free HIV and STI testing.

    • Provides gender-affirming care through telehealth appointments. Has a resource list for gender-affirming therapists, doctors, and many other services across Washington.
  • Seattle Children's Gender Clinic
    • Accepts patients aged 9-16. Helps with gender-affirming hormones, puberty blockers, gender-affirming surgery referrals, and more.
  • WA Apple Health Transhealth Program
    • Information on Apple Health (Medicaid) coverage for gender-affirming care.

Free and Low-Cost Legal Aid

  • Lavender Rights Project
    • Free legal services for Black and Indigenous Communities, centers Black trans women and femmes.
  • QLAW
    • Serves as a voice of LGBT+ lawyers and other legal professionals in the state of Washington on issues relating to diversity and equality.
  • Washington State HRC
    • Provides legal information and referrals for those experiencing discrimination in the areas of employment, housing, and public accommodation.
